Multimodal Transport of Industrial Equipment from Canada to Kazakhstan
To organise door-to-door transport of industrial equipment from the shipper in Canada to the final destination in Balkhash, Kazakhstan. The project required coordination of several stages of international logistics: sea freight to Constanța, port handling of the cargo, onward movement via Rostov-on-Don and road delivery to the final destination. The main objective was to combine different modes of transport into a single logistics chain and ensure seamless, sequential movement of the industrial equipment along the entire route.
